As a result of the compassionate care we deliver at Greater Austin Pain Center, we develop lasting relationships with our patients.
Here are some of our favorites:
Dr. Silberberg has been my Dr. for several years and has changed my life by helping me with my pain management. He always has taken the time to make me feel heard and cared for at each appt. He keeps me up to date with all the latest advancements in pain management, takes the time to explain everything to me and he even asks me about my personal life, something I really appreciate. That personal touch is hard to find these days.

My first visit to Greater Austin Pain Center was awesome. The staff were friendly, informative and helpful and I waited less than 5 minutes before being seen by Dr. Bednar.
My initial reaction after meeting with Dr. Bednar was that he is professional, interpersonal and really cares about his patients and communicates on a level that is both informative and concise.
I’m looking forward to seeing this doctor and the Greater Austin Pain Center as I manage my chronic pain. THANKS!!!

Dr. Silberberg is young and energetic and very smart and personable. He absolutely treated me with dignity and respect. He also understands pain and its impact on people’s lives and seeks to manage your situation holistically. I could not make a higher recommendation.

Dr. Silberberg has been a lifesaver for me! I can’t explain just how improved my quality of life is. I’ve never had a doctor care about his patients the way Dr. Silberberg does. He truly cares and wants to make sure that my life is a pain-free as possible. If you have chronic pain then Dr. Silberberg is the doctor to see!

The GAPC Kyle office staff is very courteous and friendly. Prior to treatment Dr. Bednar listens carefully and gives you the straight story about your condition and possible treatment strategies.
During my procedure Dr. Bednar gave a step by step description of what he was about to do and what I should expect to feel at the current step. The pain was minimal (I elected to not receive anesthesia) and the procedure itself only lasted about ten minutes.
I am very pleased with Greater Austin Pain Center.

I have been a patient of Dr. Alan Silberberg for nearly a year (once a month). He has been extremely successful in reducing and controlling my pain. The thing that really stands out to me is how kind Dr. Silberberg is! I have met with him personally at every visit. He always takes the time to answer my questions and educate me about my pain. I always leave the office feeling upbeat.
It is worth noting that I am not the easiest case. In the past five years, I have had 3 extensive back surgeries. I now have 28 screws, 2 rods, and 2 cages in my back. Even with all of this hardware, in the past I have been treated with suspicion, skepticism, and complete indifference by other doctors!
I have met a lot of doctors and healthcare professionals in the last 5 years, and Dr. Silberberg stands out above all of the others for his kindness, sympathy, and his abilities!
